Da Bar, Da Wings and Da sashimi

August 8, 2009 Saturday 6:10pm I spent the weekend with a glass of “The Bar” gin, Buffalo Wings and a different version of sashimi that a friend taught me. What makes it blue? You might think it’s Blue Curacao, but its not, it’s just Gatorade. Just a dash of it to make it blue.
Buffalo Wings, do you know where this recipe originated? Yeah!, your right Buffalo New York or now you know. What’s the recipe? just search the web and you will find it, but the “sauce” what makes it better, well the original sauce is blue cheese dip and for me it’s much better with sour cream it’s my own version not the usual sour cream that you can buy from any grocery.
Sashimi, have you tasted it? some like it some not. When I was a kid I don’t even like it, but when a friend of mine who is a sushi chef had me taste the sashimi that he made, whoah! it was good. It’s notthe usual sashimi that you know, it’s not just raw fish, wasabe and kikoman, no need for wasabe because the recipe includes tabasco or hot sauce. Now you’re wondering where the hell is the picture? It was so good I wasn’t able to take a picture of it.
Da Bar, Da Wings and the Sashimi that’s what I have this weekend and it was great!.
